Refund policy

We strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our valued customers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day time frame to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the items must be in the same condition as when you received them and still have the price tags attached. Additionally, the returns may not arrive with any stains or perfume or cologne odor. If such stains or odors are present, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Please note that the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We understand that returns can be inconvenient, but this policy helps us maintain our high standards and provide quality products to all of our customers.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and receive your refund.
